RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your original purchase online. If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email a request with your original order number in the subject line to help@svnspace.com. Please note items returned outside the 30-day policy will not be credited.

Products must be unworn, unwashed and unused. Svn Space monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error or the item has presented a quality issue.

To initiate a return, please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Package the item(s) securely in the original box if possible.

  2. Enclose your original packing invoice is possible or include the order number with your shipment.

  3. You may mail returns via the US Postal Service to the address below. We recommend that you insure the package prior to shipment and use a traceable method of shipping to ensure and track delivery back to us.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your original form of payment to be credited. Please note your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items (unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags) within 30 days of purchase. We encourage you to place your new order while we process your return and credit if you wish to receive product faster.
